In an effort to keep our community informed, we have compiled the following list of updates, which we will continue to modify as the situation develops. We hope that this will provide a bit of clarity in these confusing times, but if you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Orders are still expedited within one business day after they are placed. Standard delivery time is 2-8 business days from the date of shipping, but some orders may be delayed due to unexpected changes in the operations of our couriers, and/or border controls. After your order is expedited from our warehouse, you should receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number from the relevant courier service. We generally use DHL. Their COVID-19 update page can be found here.
In case of any doubts, our customer service department is at your disposal from 8 am to 6 pm CET Monday through Friday, and 12 pm to 6 pm Saturday and Sunday via our online chat service, at email@example.com, or at +420 228 883 296.
2.) Start Kits May Be Out of Stock
The manufacturer of the 1-liter Mana bottle sold as part of our Starter Kit has recently closed its production facilities due to COVID-19, thus putting a temporary halt to our regular supply.
Until we replenish our stock, please keep in mind that Mana can be easily portioned using a regular soup spoon (1 serving = 5 heaped spoonfuls), and mixed using any sealable bottle or jar.
3.) New Mana Family Packs
Over the last several weeks, we have experienced an exceptionally high volume of orders, sometimes for months’ worth of food. In order to keep up with increased demand, we have decided to introduce an unconventional solution: the ManaPowder™ Family Pack. This is a bulk package that contains 140 meals, which is a week-long supply of food for a family of 4, or a month-long supply of food for 1 adult.
Introducing this solution quickly enough to meet demand required us to shorten our supply chain and pack freshly made product directly in our own warehouse using different packaging materials. The design of the package itself is secondary; most important for us is to deliver the same high-quality food to our customers so that they can stock up without having to leave home.
4.) Sanitation and Hygiene
All Mana employees have been trained in proper hand washing protocol, work areas are sanitized multiple times per day, every employee must have their temperature measured when entering and exiting the workplace, and anyone handling and packing orders must wear a face mask, hair net, and vinyl gloves. We also have 3 work teams that do not have any contact with one another in order to reduce the likelihood that someone will get sick.
For COVID-19 updates from our couriers, please see the website of the courier from whom you receive shipping confirmation. We generally use either DHL. Their COVID-19 update page can be found here.
Thanks for sticking with us through these difficult times. We are here for you.
